Leading design
Recently I took a step into a more senior role as I felt my experience level was up to the challenge.
More responsibility suits me well.
You always learn new ways to do things and hone your skills in more per project, but really each design project is just a repeat of the same process I have been practicing over the years.
Design systems
All of my experience up to now leading design projects has meant my understanding of what goes into the whole picture of a design and development process is vast.
I can help manage a full product and company's design system, although I prefer to do this as a team.
Organised design
Although not a manager of people, I have always managed all the design projects I have ever been involved in.
Being able to produce high quality work on time, and on budget.
